Lewis Structures

This small clip is just a reminder of where the designing of chemical structures came from. G.N. Lewis used dots and lines to design and portray valence electrons in chemical bonds, which is why we as rising chemists can sketch what a certain chemical structure roughly looks like on paper. Although it wasn't necessarily an invention, it was still a great contribution to the understanding of chemical structures.
