Potassium

Potassium, which can be found on the periodic table, is mostly found in many people's diet. Potassium comes from a natural food source such as bananas, dried apricots, white beans, spinach, baked potatoes, yogurt and fish. I found that a low intake of potassium can cause a person to become fatigued. There will also be an increase of their blood pressure and they will grow to be irritable

One interesting fact that I found is that alcoholics are at a risk of a potassium deficiency. They do not have enough of the intake of the natural foods. Not having enough of potassium can make a person very sick and cause them to die.
