The bad driving gene

Driving can be stressful for some people who can't drive well. University of California, Irvine's research suggested that bad driving might have something to do with their genes. The researchers said that there is a certain gene variant that causes bad driving. They did a driving test to a set of people who had this particular gene variant and who didn?t. The result was that people who had these gene variant did 20 percent worst than other types of DNA sequences. The researcher suggested that the reason for this relationship is because this certain gene variant limits the availability of proteins brain-derived neurotrophic factor. This brain-derived neurotrophic factor is known for effecting memories; the UC Irvine researchers, however, said that this particular gene variant is not inferior to others and explained that they are better in other things compared to another type of DNA sequences. The article I found thoroughly explains this research.
